Our faculty member Dr. Ece Zeliha Demirci’s paper titled “Integrating Efforts for Product Development and Market Penetration” co-authored with Nesim Erkip from Bilkent University, has been published in the European Journal of Operational Research.
This study develops a game-theoretical decision model to guide an innovative firm's optimal budget allocation between R&D and distributor subsidies across product generations, revealing threshold-based strategies influenced by total budget and R&D efficiency.
