To be a leading Industrial Engineering department that shapes the future by educating globally competent graduates and conducting research that addresses contemporary problems through mathematical optimization, applied probability, and statistical methods.
Mission:
• To educate graduates who are ready for the world
To educate graduates who are well-prepared in current topics through hands-on, project-based learning; who benefit from opportunities such as internships and part-time work; who are ready for both academic careers and the professional world; and who, thanks to the international environment in which they are trained, are equipped to pursue careers anywhere in the world.

To be a department that collaborates with public institutions and research centers both nationally and internationally, works closely with industry partners, engages actively with professional organizations, and produces innovative solutions to scientific and societal challenges within an open and free research environment.
