Great Success from Our Graduates: Second Place Award in the TMMOB Chamber of Mechanical Engineers Senior Project Competition!

In the final of the senior project competition organized by the Union of Chambers of Turkish Engineers and Architects (TMMOB) Chamber of Mechanical Engineers, held on September 26, the project team consisting of our graduates Aybüke Ersal, Gözde Akgün, and Melisa Yurtekin achieved great success by ranking 2nd among 9 finalist groups with the project they carried out at MİTAŞ.
Supervised academically by Mehmet Rüştü Taner and industrially by Planning Team Leader Melih Çakır, our team placed in the competition with their senior project titled "Material Traceability Optimization with RFID and Color-Based Pallet Management in the Production Area", successfully applying the high-quality education and engineering approach they received in our department.
We congratulate our graduates Aybüke Ersal, Gözde Akgün, and Melisa Yurtekin, who represented our university and department in the best possible way, as well as the advisors who contributed to the project. We wish our graduates continued success in their professional lives and future endeavors.
