Dr. Serhat Gül was invited to give a seminar at the Department of Industrial Engineering, Bilkent University, on February 20, 2026. He presented his joint work titled “Scheduling Surgery Requests from Outdoctors and Indoctors under Uncertainty,” co-authored with Dr. Melih Çelik and Dr. Arsham Atashi Khoei from the University of Bath, UK.
