Assoc. Prof. Serhat Gül and Dr. Ali Koç Participated in the YAEM Conference in Istanbul

Assoc. Prof. Serhat Gül and our research assistant, Dr. Ali Koç, participated in the YAEM Conference, held at Istanbul Technical University from June 29 to July 1, 2026, where they contributed with various research studies.
The study entitled "A Problem-Based Scenario Reduction Approach," jointly authored by Assoc. Prof. Serhat Gül, Dr. Günsu Dağıstanlı Çallı, whose Ph.D. co-supervisor at METU was Assoc. Prof. Gül until recently, and Prof. Melih Çelik from the University of Bath, was presented at the conference.
Dr. Ali Koç, under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Diclehan Tezcaner Öztürk and Prof. Dr. Ceren Tuncer Şakar from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Hacettepe University, presented a paper titled “Zaman Pencereli ve Kapasite Kısıtlı Çok Amaçlı Araç Rotalama Problemi için Pekiştirmeli Öğrenme Destekli Yeni Bir Genetik Algoritma.”
