Nine of our senior students participated in a competition entitled “Bugün Günlerden Yarın," organized by Doğuş Holding. The two TEDU groups participating in the competition were as follows; Group A: Aydın Yılmaz, Elif Can Gönenç, Şebnem Arslan, Şerife Gizem Bacı; and Group B: Ferda Güven, Melissa Müslim, Melodi Cebesoy, Mertcan Yılmaz and Uğur Barkın Karagür. Both groups were found eligible to compete in the finals based on their decisions along six rounds about the management of fictitious companies through the website named Capsi. The final was held on May 29 and 30 at Grand Hyatt Hotel in İstanbul. Group B was chosen as the second best group in their industry. After the final, groups made presentations about their companies and a team dynamics survey was conducted. Several students from both groups were found eligible for the grand prize of the competition and received a long-term internship opportunity at Doğuş Holding.
